How do I access the course information that I just purchased?
Make sure that you are signed in to the system. One quick way of knowing whether or not you are signed into the system is to look at the top right corner of the screen. If you are signed in to the system, you will see three links:

sign out
profile
your name "Hi customer first name"

Once you are sure that you are signed in to the system with your credentials, click on the navigation bar on the left side of the screen and select the course or test you purchased.

Note: If you are not authenticated as a user in the system, you will be prompted to log in when you click on something that requires a username and a password.


Where do I modify my account information?
This function is only available to user's who have signed in to the system. Please sign in to the system by clicking on the sign in icon in the upper right corner of the screen or at the top of the navigation bar on the left. Once you have been authenticated by the system, you will see the word profile in the upper right corner of the screen. Click where it says profile and then you can modify your information including password and email address.


Where can I see my test scores?
Once you are logged in to the system, click on profile in the upper right corner of the screen. Scroll down towards the bottom of the screen and you will see your test scores. If you have passed all the required tests you can download a PDF copy of your certificate.


Why can't I see my certificate when I click on it?
Chances are you do not have the Adobe Acrobat reader installed on your computer. Please make sure you have Adobe Acrobat Reader 4.0 or greater installed. If you need to download the latest version, please click here and follow the instructions on the Adobe website. Once you have the Acrobat reader installed, please go back to your profile and try to view the certificate.


I don't want to use my credit card, can I pay with a check?
We do accept checks as a form of payment, please send a message to sales@nutrilearn.com or call 800-452-6854 and leave your name, company name, and phone number and one of our sales people will contact you with further details.


I received a promotion code from my employer, how do I use it?
If you are a new user to the system, follow these simple steps to use the promotion code you were given. You can also download the instructions in PDF format to distribute to other users at you site. For a video of the process, click here.

1 - Click on the shopping cart icon in the upper left corner of the
     screen
2 - The screen has a box that allows you to type in the promotion
     code, type the code and then click on the 'add promotion' button
3 - You will then see the item listed in detail, click on the
     'add to shopping cart' button
4 - You order will be shown and you will notice that the discount for
     your promotion code is shown. Click on the 'proceed to checkout'
     button
5 - At this point you are at the login screen, please click on new
     nutrilearn member and press 'submit'
6 - Fill out the required information for your new user account, when
     finished click on the 'proceed to order confirmation page' button
7 - Review the order and press the 'submit order' button
8 - Your order has been processed, click on the link at the top of
     the page that will take you back to nutrilearn.com
9 - Now that you are back on the nutrilearn.com homepage, click on
     the course or materials that you want to view. Note: You may be
     prompted to enter your user information before viewing the page.

If I purchase a multipack course, where can I find the promotion code to give to other people?
The easiest place to find the promotion code is in your profile. Once you are signed in to the system with your credentials, click on profile near the top right corner of the screen. Scroll down past your information and you will see a section called "Your Active Promotions". It will show the promotion code along with how many you purchased and how many you have remaining. This is the promotion code you can give to other people for access to the system. Note: If the person you are giving the code to has not created a user account in the system, they will need to follow the instructions listed in the section above labeled "I received a promotion code from my employer, how do I use it?".


If I purchased a multipack course, why can't I access the course materials/test?
The reason you can't access the materials/test is that your account still has the maximum number of promotions associated with it. You will need to use one of the promotion codes that were sent to you in your purchase receipt or go to your profile and use the available promotion code. Follow the instructions above labeled "I received a promotion code from my employer, how do I use it?" and skip to the section that says "If you are an existing user to the system...". After you have used one of the promotion codes and submitted the order, go back to your profile and look at the number of available promotion codes. The number should be decreased by one.


How can I clear the contents of my shopping cart?
To clear the contents of your shopping cart follow these easy steps:

1 - Click on the shopping cart icon in the upper left corner of the
     screen
2 - You will see the contents of the shopping cart
3 - Look below QTY: and click where it says "Remove from cart"
4 - Repeat step 3 until all contents have been removed from the cart

I forgot my password? How can I get in to the system?
To have your password sent to you email address, click here or go to the sign in screen and click on the "Forgot your password?" link.


What forms of payment do you accept online?
We currently accept Mastercard, Visa and American Express online. All prices are in U.S. dollars.


What is a promotion code?
Think of a promotion code as a gift certificate or a coupon. If you are purchasing an item that is part of a multi-pack you will receive a promotion code along with your order. You can give the generated promotion code to your employees, colleagues, or friends. When the person you gave the code to visits nutrilearn.com, they can enter the promotion code when they check-out from the store. See "I received a promotion code from my employer, how do I use it?" for an example of how to use a promotion code.


Why do I need my own email address?
We require you to have your own email address so that we can keep track of your test scores and PDF certificates. Another reason that we require you to have your own email address is that we send your test scores to your email account when you pass a test. If you were using a shared email account, everyone who used that email account would see your score. In order to respect your privacy, we designed the system based on the fact that you probably had your own unique email address. Note: In the event that you do not have your own email address we suggest going to one of the free email providers on the Internet ( hotmailyahoo or eudoramail ) and creating an account. Once you have your own email account, come back and sign up to become a nutrilearn.com user.


Why can't I access the course information or take a test?  It used to work.
One possibility is that your payment information was rejected/declined. Please call 1-800-452-6854, Monday-Friday during normal business hours and one of our support technicians can assist you with making your account active again.


Why can't I hear the audio presentation?
Check your Internet setting for your media player and make sure your firewall allows streaming audio on port 80.


How do I access the forums?
You can access the forums by clicking on the word Forums on the left side of the menu system.


Can I change my Forum nickname?
To change your forum nickname, go to your profile. You will see the profile link in the upper right corner when you are logged in to the nutrilearn.com website.
