professionally! The Natural Health Training Series from Alternative Medicine was
specifically designed with the dedicated and committed employee in mind.
The purpose of this training program is to increase natural health and
supplement product sales by elevating your confidence on the sales floor,
raising your level of customer service and increasing your product sales.
The Natural Health Training Series gives retailers a detailed education in the
use of dietary supplements and natural remedies for a variety of health
conditions. Employees who have completed the training should feel confident that
their new body of knowledge will help identify the supplements that will be most
beneficial for a particular customer, and aid the customer in finding accurate
and detailed information on supplement research. After completing this program,
you will be able to answer customer questions confidently, feel empowered with
your acquired knowledge, direct customers to appropriate products and receive
maximum benefit from your work.
There are legal limits on what a retailer can say and what kinds of information
they can provide to customers. In order to share your knowledge of natural
health effectively, it’s important to understand the limits spelled out in DSHEA.
Your knowledge can become a liability instead of an asset if information shared
with customers isn’t in compliance with the law. All of the information within
this training program is accurate, credible and DSHEA compliant.
